Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms govern your use of DocDeck (docdeck.co.uk), operated by Go Select Limited (company number 13371449). By using DocDeck you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

DocDeck provides browser-based PDF tools. All processing occurs client-side. We do not upload, store, or process your files on our servers. The free tier is ad-supported. Pro features require a paid subscription or Founder licence.

2. Acceptable Use

You must not use DocDeck to process files you do not have the right to access. You must not attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any part of the service. You must not use DocDeck for any unlawful purpose.

3. Pro Subscriptions

Pro Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled anytime. Access continues until end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

4. Founder Licences

The DocDeck Founder Licence is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to all Pro features available at the time of purchase, and all future Pro features added during the lifetime of the DocDeck service. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the DocDeck service, not the customer. Go Select Limited reserves the right to discontinue the DocDeck service with 90 days’ written notice to all registered users. Founder Licences are limited to 250 and are non-transferable, non-refundable after 14 days from purchase, and for personal use only. The Founder Licence does not entitle the holder to a refund or compensation in the event the service is discontinued in accordance with the notice period above.

5. Accounts & Access

Pro access is tied to your DocDeck account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used in violation of these terms. Access is provided per user and may not be shared across multiple individuals or organisations.

6. Limitation of Liability

DocDeck is provided as-is. Go Select Limited accepts no liability for data loss or file corruption. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your files.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
